Let The Bible Speak with Kevin Presley
For
many years brother Ronny Wade produced a television
program of Gospel sermons designed to teach the Truth
of
God’s Word.
Various local congregations used the program to reach the lost. There
are varied iterations of the program around the country, but this one
features the preaching of Kevin Presley.
These
programs air originally in Monticello, AR and are then posted on the
website of the Claiborne Church of Christ in West Monroe, Louisiana (click here to see the list of all the videos).
Gospel Meeting with Don L. King - The Sermons Are Now Online
The sermons presented during our first gospel meeting of 2010 are now online. Just click here
to find all of them. Don's sermons are straight-forward, easily
understood and thought provoking. It was a great meeting. We're pleased
to share the sermons here and urge you to listen to them, and share
them.
Audio Sermons Online
We
continue to add more sermons to our Audio Sermons
page. These
should be a great resource to share the gospel with your friends and
family. Check back often because we're always adding to the collection.

The Church of the
New Testament
Evangelist Johnny Elmore compiled a series of sermons into a booklet about the New Testament Church. The series was designed to provide people with a better understanding of the Church spoken of in the New Testament. We've reproduced that material for your consideration and study. Which Church?
"Attend the
church of your choice." Do you remember seeing that
sign
years ago? It was a popular slogan designed to get people to go to
church - any church.
Is there a payoff in attending the church of YOUR choice? Well, yes
there is. People choose churches for a variety of reasons. Some people
choose a church because it’s near their home. They
won’t
have to drive very far. Others select a church because there are a lot
of wealthy people who go there. It may help their career. It sure
couldn’t hurt. Still others find a church that has tons of
recreational activities for their kids. There are as many reasons for
selecting a church as there are churches. Many of these choices can
improve a career, give you greater recreational options and even
improve your dating scene. But, what’s the true purpose of a
church?
What does the Bible say? Does the Bible support the idea that we can
choose a church that best suites our motivations?
Matthew 16:16-18 "And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the
Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto
him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jonah: for flesh and blood hath not
revealed it unto thee, but my Father who is in heaven. And I also say
unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my
church; and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it."
Christ said He’d build HIS church. He told Peter that the
Church
would be built on the foundation that He was the Son of God. For that
reason, every person owes it to himself to find the Church that Christ
built. Don’t attend the church of YOUR choice. Attend the
Church
of Christ’s choice. Christ established His Church by shedding
His
own blood. In His Church is where all spiritual blessings are found.
The body of Christ is His Church. Choose the Church that Jesus built.
Search the Scriptures.
Ephesians 1:3, 22, 23 "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus
Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly
places in Christ...And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him
to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the
fulness of him that filleth all in all."
